Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tdlpakistan.com and any purchase you make from TDL Pakistan. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display accurate colors, fabrics, and prices, but slight variation between screens is normal. All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is verified (for prepaid orders) or the order is confirmed by our team (for cash on delivery). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Made-to-Wear and custom orders

Made-to-measure pieces are cut and stitched to your measurements. They are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm your measurements carefully before placing the order.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at raoayoub22@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

All content on tdlpakistan.com — photography, product descriptions, logos, and site design — is the property of TDL Pakistan or the respective brand partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

TDL Pakistan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
