Delivery within Pakistan

• Ready-to-ship orders: 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-measure orders: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
• Flat shipping fee: PKR 300.
• Free shipping on orders above PKR 15,000.
• Express delivery available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

International shipping

• Typical transit: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Delayed or lost orders

In the rare event your order is delayed beyond the timeline above, email raoayoub22@gmail.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the courier.

Undeliverable addresses

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts are refunded minus the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender charges.
