Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect a returned item that meets the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Timeline

• Inspection and approval: within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Bank transfer refunds: credited within 3–5 business days after approval.
• Card / Shopify checkout refunds: credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Cash on delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer to an account in the customer's name.

What we refund

• Full product price for eligible returns.
• Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to a TDL error (wrong or defective item).

Partial refunds

We may issue a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, is missing tags, or arrives damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

Not received your refund?

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email raoayoub22@gmail.com with your order number and we'll trace it with our bank or payment processor.
